My Take on a Citrus Squeeze

Ingredients:
• 2 oranges
• 3 carrots
• 1 lemon
• 1 ruby red grapefruit

Why It’s Good For You:
Plenty of Vitamin C and beta carotene.

All together 8 oz of this juice is about 100 calories. Depending on the size of the citruses, I got 4 4-oz servings from this.
